A Fun Outing...

The other day Mike bought Damon his first little kite.  Damon couldn't wait to go and get it in the air!  Just our luck, during the time of day that we took him to the park, the wind completely died down...so we had to improvise....see the video at the end of the post.  Don't mind my yelling....It was truly exciting!  I couldn't hold it in!

Out with the Old, and in with the New!

Jobs - that is....For those friends and family who are interested....Mike started a new job this week with Aronson & Company, (www.aronsoncompany.com).  He works for a small part of the company called Aronson Capital Partners.   He learned a lot while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, but after almost 3 1/2 years, was ready to move on.  He came home from work yesterday, and said with a huge smile on his face " I didn't do any accounting today!".   I'm so proud of him and grateful for what a hard worker he is.  He is a great provider for our little family and I just love him. Thanks honey! 

A Fun Easter!

Easter was so much fun this year! Damon had 2 really fun Easter egg hunts, ate way too much candy...and is already waiting for the Easter Bunny to bring more treats next year.
Mike took Damon to the ward Easter party. Luckily, it was the first Saturday that Mike hasn't had to work in the last 3 months... I'm sad I missed it, but I had a wedding to go to that morning. The boys had a great time!

Soccer!

Some fun pictures of Damon playing soccer in our kitchen....(basically a hallway - as you can see). I should have cropped some of these pictures so you could see less kitchen...but I didn't have a chance. ..oh well. It's so fun to watch him play because he is so serious about it. He really runs and kicks, runs and kicks. He loves it. We need a yard! I can't wait until he's old enough to get him signed up for sports!

Why?

I know this is a lame post....but just a question to ponder....why is it that Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup taste soooo good together? It's one of my favorites! Damon's even in a phase where he loves tomato soup!
