I owe a big thank you to my friend Adrienne, the friend of mine who recently moved out East....for finally getting me to go and do a few things in DC that I've been meaning to do for YEARS - and have never gotten around to.
We visited Mt. Vernon (the home of George Washington), The Natural History Museum (no pics), and the Air and Space Museum

This museum was actually really cool...we wished that we could have actually enjoyed it - instead of literally chasing around 3 little boys

how cool that you guys live so close again and that you get to play so much with your cute little boys. we really need to go to those places when we come down again- I'm glad you had such a good time. Dave's brothers are coming out for Thanksgiving so we are going to have a full house!! we will be around for Christmas though- what are you up to?
I LOVE Mt. Vernon~ definately one of my favorites! Don't you love the crib with the lace over it, and the view of the Potomac is amazing. We sooo wish we could have you guys over to play Settlers of Catan right now...miss you!

DC is such a rad city! I am glad that someone finally got you out to see some stuff! Mount Vernon is one of my favorite places!
I am jealous of all the cool historical things to do out there! Damon will know his stuff when History class rolls around
